Shango Ebbo, September 22, 2016

On September 22, 2016 Ile Baalat Teva held our yearly ebbo for Shango, the Yoruba deity of fire, charisma, martial arts, and dance among other important aspects of life.

Unfortunately, there weren’t enough men to have the wrestling competition this year, but we did engage in some good heated debate.  So we managed to raise some energy that should move things forward in a hopefully positive direction in the coming year.
