Ebbo for Oshun and Aje Shaluga on August 17, 2016 Hosted By Ile Baalat Teva

On August 17, Ile Baalat Teva held our ebbo for Oshun, the Orisha of love and prosperity, and her partner, Aje Shaluga, the Orisha of money.  It was a cozy event with only four participants able to attend, as it was on a Wednesday, but it was beautiful and very powerful.  Here are some photos of the parts of the event we were allowed to record:

The ceremony began in the home of Arden Keren, the Queen of our ile, and continued in Hamei Tveria, the hot springs connected to the Kineret (Sea of Galillee).  We then feasted at El Sultan, an Arab restaurant just outside Tiberias, and then retired back at Arden’s home.

We had planned to do a golden fish ceremony, but the divination said specifically that we should give cake instead, probably because some of the prayers were for people who are vegetarian.  So we gave some cute petitfours to Eshu, and a fine cake each for Oshun and Aje Shaluga.  Our choice was confirmed by the energy being particularly high, and manifesting right away.

I thank all who donated to make this ebbo a wonderful, worry free, and blessed gathering.  The next ebbo for Oshun is planned for March 2017.  However, the festival season is not quite over.  We are hosting an ebbo for Shango, the Orisha of lust, fire, and lightning in September, and for Oya, the Orisha of storms, change, and transformation, and Mother of the Egungun (Ancestors) in October.

So if you have any need for workings to increase your attractiveness or stamina, or to deal with your enemies, these can be done at a deep discount starting September 1 on the new moon.

Blessings and Ase!
